Bookolog is an online bookstore operating exclusively in Sri Lanka. We provide cash-on-delivery book ordering and delivery services across all provinces of Sri Lanka.

Ordering & Payment

• Cash on Delivery Only: We accept payment only upon delivery of books
• No Advance Payment: No credit card or online payment required
• Currency: All prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR)
• Order Confirmation: Orders are confirmed via email or phone

Delivery Terms

• Delivery Area: We deliver across all provinces in Sri Lanka
• Delivery Time: Up to 2 months from order confirmation
• Delivery Address: Must be a valid Sri Lankan address
• Delivery Attempts: We make reasonable attempts to deliver your order

Book Condition & Returns

• All books are delivered in new condition unless otherwise specified
• Inspect books upon delivery before payment
• Report any damage or incorrect items immediately to our delivery agent
• Returns accepted only for damaged or incorrect items

Customer Responsibilities

• Provide accurate delivery information
• Be available to receive delivery or arrange for someone to receive on your behalf
• Have exact or near-exact cash amount ready for payment
• Treat our delivery personnel with respect

Pricing & Availability

• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Book availability is subject to stock
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if books become unavailable
• Delivery charges may apply based on location

Limitation of Liability

Bookolog's liability is limited to the value of the books ordered. We are not responsible for indirect damages or delays beyond our reasonable control.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes will be resolved according to Sri Lankan jurisdiction.
